Position Overview

We seek a vigilant lifeguard to safeguard the safety and health of guests at our hotel's swimming facilities. The role involves actively overseeing pool activities to prevent mishaps, promptly responding to emergencies, and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.

Key Duties

• Continuously observe the swimming environment to avert accidents and maintain safety.
• Perform rescues for swimmers in peril or drowning situations.
• Provide first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation during emergencies.
• Uphold compliance with pool regulations to preserve order and safety.
• Regularly inspect pool premises and equipment to confirm safety standards are upheld.
• Support pool upkeep and maintenance tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a valid certification as a lifeguard.
• Possess strong swimming capabilities and endurance.
• Be knowledgeable in first aid and CPR procedures.
• Demonstrate sharp observation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain composure and exercise swift decision-making during crises.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
