Job Overview

Roßfeld Schmankerl-Kiosk is looking to hire a versatile full-time kiosk staff member to join their team immediately. The role involves attending to guests, handling sales of food and beverages, and maintaining kiosk operations.

Key Duties

• Sell food and drinks to customers.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to guests.
• Prepare simple food items as required.
• Conduct general kiosk-related tasks.
• Clean and prepare the kiosk for closing at the end of the day.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit a friendly, reliable, and positive demeanor.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and guests.
• Maintain composure and work efficiently in busy periods.
• Work independently with attention to cleanliness and order.
• Previous experience in the gastronomy sector is not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Holding a driver's license and having access to a personal vehicle is preferred due to irregular public transport to the location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Initial hourly wage of €17, increasing to €20 per hour after training and upon demonstrating independent working capabilities.
• Monthly fuel allowance of €50.
• Extra pay for work done on Sundays and public holidays.
• Free meals provided during working hours.
• Work schedules and days are arranged by mutual agreement.
