Your Impact
- Assist in designing and producing advertising materials for both digital and print platforms, including E-Shop elements, paid media, social media formats, and POS materials.
- Contribute to visual campaign development, adapting existing concepts in compliance with our Corporate Design guidelines.
- Produce performance advertisements and videos, leveraging AI and other software tools to efficiently scale content across diverse formats and channels.
- Participate in creating and maintaining templates for recurring communications and POS applications, while also supporting packaging, labeling, and hangtag production.
- Collaborate closely with the Editorial Department, Creative Team, Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, and various internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in graphic design/visual communication or equivalent training such as media design.
- Initial professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably within fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong affinity for digital design alongside enthusiasm for print media.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI tools for asset adaptation, creation, or automation is beneficial.
- Eagerness to explore and share knowledge about new (AI) design tools, graphic software, and trends.
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently, methodically, and meet deadlines.
- Clear and effective communication skills with openness to constructive feedback.
- Excellent command of German and English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.
- Ability to work regularly from the office, supporting a hybrid model with up to 50% mobile office weekly.
