Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate various construction contracts such as EPC contracts and subcontracts, ensuring risk is minimized and client interests are protected.
- Carry out thorough property title verifications and manage land acquisition processes effectively.
- Evaluate the feasibility of projects by performing detailed legal assessments.
- Handle drafting and reviewing sales deeds and agreements.
Compensation
