Overview

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and negotiate various construction contracts such as EPC contracts and subcontracts, ensuring risk is minimized and client interests are protected.
Carry out thorough property title verifications and manage land acquisition processes effectively.
Evaluate the feasibility of projects by performing detailed legal assessments.
Handle drafting and reviewing sales deeds and agreements.

Compensation
