Job Description
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to creatively identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Possess practical experience and knowledge in delivering IT Service Desk support services.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively within a team setting while efficiently managing time and organizing tasks.
- Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Adopt a proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to rapidly learn and implement new systems within the workplace.
- Support and troubleshoot systems including Microsoft Windows 10 and newer, Apple iOS, Apple macOS, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Google Workspace, and provide hardware assistance for Apple and Windows devices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a diploma or degree in IT or a related field.
- Preferably have at least one year of experience in a Technical Service Desk Customer Service role.
- Hold certifications related to ITIL, Microsoft technologies, or Apple systems.
- Minimum qualification of Diploma (D3) level.
- Experience level: Staff position.
