International Travel Executive (GDS & Non-GDS)

About the Role

We are urgently seeking candidates for the position of International Travel Executive specializing in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Non-GDS processes. This role involves providing customer support in an international airline environment.

Key Responsibilities and Work Details

• Customer support services for international travel processes involving both GDS and Non-GDS platforms.
• Working five days a week with two rotational weekly offs.
• Performing shifts on a rotational basis including night shifts, ensuring coverage for international operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply, though experienced candidates from BPO or customer service backgrounds are preferred.
• Strong proficiency in written English communication is required.
• Basic knowledge of computers and good typing speed.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
