Position Overview

We are seeking a Real Time Analyst (RTA) to join our expanding team based in Gurgaon. The role involves working on rotational shifts and supports dynamic scheduling needs within workforce management. This position demands strong analytical skills and expertise with specific WFM tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute reports on an hourly, daily, and monthly basis.
• Develop bespoke reporting templates tailored to unique process requirements.
• Administer and coordinate report scheduling across various programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal end-users to address reporting needs.
• Design and introduce innovative reporting modules to enhance data insights.
• Consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills and experience with Excel automation.
• Hands-on experience with Verint workforce management software is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting in a WFM environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Access and SQL Server is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and accommodate weekly off days.
