HR Recruiter

Job Summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking HR Recruiters to join their team in Bengaluru. This role offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience in all HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and HR operations. Successful candidates will be engaged in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding talent while supporting internal HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a detailed training program covering recruitment and various HR functions.
• Identify and source appropriate candidates using job portals, social media, and multiple channels.
• Regularly communicate with candidates to manage open job positions, explain role details, and represent company culture.
• Coordinate interview scheduling via the Applicant Tracking System and track feedback from interviewers.
• Maintain daily HR-related reports and update internal databases with new employee details.
• Handle backend onboarding procedures using HR Management Systems and verify documentation for new hires.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or certification in Human Resource Management; preference for candidates with BBA qualifications.
• Knowledge of South Indian languages is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Aptitude for quick learning and problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong presentation capabilities and proficiency in candidate evaluation.

Additional Information

• This opportunity is structured as a 6-month internship with a stipend of 12,300 to 14,000 per month, adjusted after three months.
• Gaining full-time employment as an HR Executive is possible after successful completion, with a competitive salary package potentially reaching 3 LPA plus incentives.
• Positions will be assigned according to the candidate's state and language proficiency, with emphasis on South Indian languages.
