Role Overview

We are looking for Reception team members at Point A Hotel The Liberties in Dublin whose main objective is to deliver memorable experiences to each guest. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and supporting overall hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Perform auditing tasks and reconcile banking at the end of shifts.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth shift handovers.
