Role Overview
We are looking for Reception team members at Point A Hotel The Liberties in Dublin whose main objective is to deliver memorable experiences to each guest. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and supporting overall hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues efficiently.
- Perform auditing tasks and reconcile banking at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate ambition for self-improvement.
- Care deeply about the community and uphold honesty and kindness.
- Understand industry standards and contribute ideas to maximize the hotel's potential.
Requirements
- Right to work in Ireland.
- Ability to travel to hotel locations as necessary.
