Primary Duties
- Provide empathetic communication with patients through calls and messaging, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Manage patient admissions and schedule appointments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain electronic health records precisely and update patient information across multiple systems efficiently.
- Confirm benefits, secure prior authorizations, and handle health insurance claims by utilizing calls and online portals.
- Collaborate with pharmacies and laboratories to facilitate prescription refills and lab order processing.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations throughout all responsibilities to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation & Interpretation or a relevant Medical discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience in US health insurance or related fields.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite, and Zoom communication tools.
- Reliable internet connection with at least 100 MBPS fiber speed.
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology and patient care procedures.
