Head of Operations

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to manage and supervise the execution of several major construction projects throughout Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities across multiple large-scale construction projects.
• Ensure excellence in project delivery, operational execution, and overall business profitability.
• Supervise Project Directors, Construction Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Guarantee projects meet safety standards, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Manage project planning, execution, allocation of resources, financial performance, risk assessment, and client engagement.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, consultants, and government entities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Extensive construction experience spanning 20 to 25+ years.
• At least a decade in senior leadership roles overseeing multiple mega projects.
• Deep experience in projects like high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, airports, stadiums, hospitality venues, healthcare facilities, villas, and large master-planned developments.
• Demonstrated ability managing projects with values ranging from SAR 1 billion to several billion.
• Comprehensive understanding of FIDIC contracts, Saudi regulations, and requirements from local authorities.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is highly preferred.
