The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every patron. • Warmly welcome customers and assist them in choosing products that suit their preferences.
• Inform customers about menu options, flavors, and ongoing promotions.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns efficiently.
• Accurately take and process customer orders in a timely fashion.
• Ensure prompt delivery of orders to customers.
• Keep the workspace tidy and well-organized at all times.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols during preparation and service.
• Actively promote special deals and upsell to enhance the customer's experience.
• Handle payment transactions and operate the cash register responsibly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 10000 and 12000 INR.
