Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every patron. This role involves welcoming guests, offering detailed information about products, managing transactions, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and assist them in choosing products that suit their preferences.
- Inform customers about menu options, flavors, and ongoing promotions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns efficiently.
- Accurately take and process customer orders in a timely fashion.
- Ensure prompt delivery of orders to customers.
- Keep the workspace tidy and well-organized at all times.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols during preparation and service.
- Actively promote special deals and upsell to enhance the customer's experience.
- Handle payment transactions and operate the cash register responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 10000 and 12000 INR.
