About the Role
At Accor, your first impression will set the tone for a guest's entire stay. Serving as a friendly and welcoming presence, you will ensure every visitor has a memorable and positive experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting a diverse range of guests daily, making sure each encounter is unique and welcoming.
- Effortlessly managing guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Proactively addressing guest requests to enhance their experience promptly.
- Handling billing and account settlements at departure while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Creating memorable personal touches that make stays unforgettable.
- Promoting and upselling hotel amenities, including Atlas Restaurant, Clarke’s Bar, and eco-friendly water bottles.
- Working shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
