About the Role

At Accor, your first impression will set the tone for a guest's entire stay. Serving as a friendly and welcoming presence, you will ensure every visitor has a memorable and positive experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting a diverse range of guests daily, making sure each encounter is unique and welcoming.
  • Effortlessly managing guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Proactively addressing guest requests to enhance their experience promptly.
