Role Overview

We are seeking a GTM Recruiter to become part of our International Talent team based in Singapore. This role involves collaborating closely with GTM leadership across the Asia-Pacific region to establish high-quality talent pipelines for various roles.

The role demands urgency, precision, and sound judgment. Beyond managing recruitment processes, you will influence market development, map talent pools, shape hiring strategies, and secure top-tier candidates in highly competitive contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for GTM positions within Singapore and the broader APAC region.
  • Develop in-depth talent mapping across enterprise software, AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and rapidly expanding tech sectors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, standardize interview procedures, and align candidate profiles.
  • Source, engage, and successfully close passive, highly qualified candidates.
  • Communicate Cognition's mission and opportunities clearly, credibly, and energetically in the marketplace.
  • Guide candidates through a rigorous hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Leverage data and market insights to inform leadership regarding pipeline quality, conversion rates, compensation trends, and hiring risks.
  • Partner with international talent leaders to enhance recruitment processes, elevate standards, and build scalable recruiting capabilities across APAC.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor rather than merely a process executor.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success recruiting GTM talent for rapidly growing technology companies.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or cloud markets.
  • Experience recruiting across APAC regions, preferably including Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea, India, or neighboring markets.
  • Expertise in sourcing and engaging high-quality passive candidates.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the confidence to provide feedback and align hiring strategies with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Strong initiative, ownership, and meticulous attention to detail.
