The company is expanding its international go-to-market teams across APAC and is hiring a strong GTM Recruiter in Singapore to help identify, attract, and secure outstanding talent in the region. The Role
The GTM Recruiter will join the International Talent team in Singapore and work closely with GTM leadership across APAC to develop strong hiring pipelines for a variety of roles.
The role calls for speed, strong judgment, and precise execution. Rather than simply handling process, the recruiter will help shape talent markets, map candidates, influence hiring decisions, and close exceptional people in highly competitive hiring environments.
The right candidate will bring a builder-operator mindset, a clear understanding of what strong commercial talent looks like in high-growth technology companies, and the ability to create momentum in uncertain and fast-moving markets.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of recruiting for GTM roles across Singapore and the broader APAC region.
- Create detailed talent maps across enterprise software, AI, developer tools, cloud, infrastructure, and other high-growth technology segments.
- Work with hiring managers to define role expectations, calibration, interview flow, and the ideal candidate profile.
- Find, engage, and close high-quality passive candidates.
- Communicate Cognition’s story with confidence, credibility, and energy in the market.
- Guide candidates through a rigorous hiring process while protecting a strong candidate experience.
- Use data and market intelligence to help leadership evaluate pipeline quality, conversion trends, compensation signals, and hiring risks.
- Collaborate with international talent leadership to improve hiring processes, strengthen standards, and build scalable recruiting capability across APAC.
- Act as a strategic talent partner rather than only executing requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience recruiting GTM talent for fast-growing technology companies.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or cloud markets.
- Background hiring across APAC, ideally including Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea, India, or other regional markets.
- Ability to identify and engage high-calibre passive candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to challenge, align, and advise senior hiring leaders.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Proven record of hiring strong commercial talent in competitive markets.
- Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with minimal structure.
- Disciplined sourcing skills and the ability to build pipeline without leaning on inbound applications or agencies.
- A builder mindset with a focus on improving systems while delivering results.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience helping build early-stage GTM teams in new international markets.
- Recruiting experience in frontier AI, developer tools, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise software businesses.
- Understanding of both commercial hiring and technically adjacent GTM roles.
- Experience working with regional general managers, sales vice presidents, or founding country leaders.
- Comfort moving between strategic talent mapping and hands-on execution.
- Strong focus on quality as well as speed.
- Ability to close candidates who have multiple competing offers.
