About the Graduate Manager Programme

This programme encompasses hands-on experience at two distinct properties across the UK and Ireland, enhancing your understanding of hotel operations, commercial strategy, group support functions, and leadership abilities. Participants receive dedicated coaching from seasoned professionals and mentorship from senior executives, facilitating exceptional personal and career growth. Your role will also involve contributing innovative ideas and supporting critical business projects to steer the company’s future direction.

Role Location and Work Details

The position is based at Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre, situated centrally near the financial district and key transport hubs, ideal for business travelers. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring a 40-hour workweek. Candidates should be willing to relocate within the UK or Ireland after the first year.

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting, delivering top-tier service in Food & Beverage and Front Office operations.
  • A passion for hospitality and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Preparation to work and live anywhere within the UK or Ireland, including relocating at the programme’s midpoint.
  • Possession of, or nearing completion of, a degree in hotel, leisure, or tourism discipline by September 2026.
  • Authorized to work in the UK/Ireland for the entire duration of the programme.
  • Availability to commence employment in September 2026.
