Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of Google Account Recovery cases from start to finish.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform administration concepts, including admin roles, domain ownership, and recovery procedures.
• Verify identity, domain ownership, and request authorization accurately before proceeding.
• Apply security, trust, and privacy standards with zero tolerance for mistakes.
• Make high-judgment decisions when fraud or social engineering risks are suspected.
• Identify and help prevent fraudulent activity through careful review and signal detection.
• Maintain documentation that is complete, precise, and ready for audit review.
• Communicate clearly and with empathy while interacting with users and stakeholders.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately.
• Follow defined SLOs and SOPs throughout the recovery process.

Required Profile

• Bachelor of Technology / Bachelor of Engineering in any specialization.
• Bachelor's degree in science.
• Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in account recovery or a similar high-trust support environment.
• At least 3 years of cloud experience with strong proficiency in GCP.
• CEFR B2 level English proficiency.
• GCP ACE certification and/or ML certifications.
