Key Responsibilities

• Lead management and operational oversight of multiple agricultural sites including farms in Qassim, Medina, and Jadida.
• Implement and supervise optimized crop management techniques encompassing irrigation, compost preparation and application, machinery operation, and plant protection.
• Drive team leadership initiatives, ensuring strong supervisory and motivational practices among staff.
• Manage overall agricultural business processes with sound administrative capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager within an agricultural or similar environment.
• Proven expertise in farm management, encompassing practical knowledge in irrigation systems, compost utilization, farm machinery handling, and plant protection techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale agricultural enterprises, particularly date farms preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and motivation.
