Job Overview
A leading organization located in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced General Manager specializing in Agriculture to oversee comprehensive farm management and agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead management and operational oversight of multiple agricultural sites including farms in Qassim, Medina, and Jadida.
- Implement and supervise optimized crop management techniques encompassing irrigation, compost preparation and application, machinery operation, and plant protection.
- Drive team leadership initiatives, ensuring strong supervisory and motivational practices among staff.
- Manage overall agricultural business processes with sound administrative capabilities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager within an agricultural or similar environment.
- Proven expertise in farm management, encompassing practical knowledge in irrigation systems, compost utilization, farm machinery handling, and plant protection techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale agricultural enterprises, particularly date farms preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and motivation.
