The Address Collective is looking for a Front Office Assistant in Dublin to support the front desk operation and deliver a professional welcome to guests. Key duties

  • Report to work on time in the correct, clean, and well-presented uniform, following the company grooming standards.

  • Check telephone charges from meeting rooms and ensure they are posted to the correct folios.
  • Handle guest safe deposits, foreign exchange transactions, and all money securely.
  • Conduct security checks during the day and report any concerns to management.
  • Escalate maintenance issues immediately to management.
  • Support in-house selling and identify opportunities to improve revenue wherever possible.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required and follow the guidance provided.
