Mindrift offers a platform linking experts with AI projects from leading technology innovators aiming to harness Generative AI's full potential worldwide. We seek a talented Web Designer to join the freelance Tendem project, focusing on specialized data scraping workflows supported by a hybrid AI and human system.

Position Overview

This part-time remote opportunity suits creative professionals experienced in UI and web design, specifically for marketing pages and compelling digital visual communications. You will partner closely with Tendem Agents on repetitive tasks, supplying critical thinking, domain expertise, and high-quality layout design to convert briefs or drafts into polished, brand-compliant, and production-ready web designs.

Key Responsibilities

Create effective, high-conversion one-page websites, landing pages, and marketing pages based on copy, outlines, or drafts.
Convert brand assets and social media designs into flexible, responsive web layouts with structured components suitable for developers or no-code platforms.
Organize and export production-ready design files, including detailed specifications and well-arranged Figma frames for seamless handoff.
Maintain consistent visual identity across interactive websites, static PDFs, and social content.
Ensure layouts meet quality standards by verifying responsiveness, spacing accuracy, clarity, and alignment with contemporary web design trends before delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in web, UI, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
Educational background in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related creative/technical fields is advantageous.
Profound expertise in Figma for designing scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems.
Strong skills in building conversion-focused, pitch-style landing pages with attention to modern design principles, spacing, and clarity.
Good understanding of developer handoff processes including preparing assets and specifications for developers or no-code tools like Webflow and Framer.
Capability to translate brand aesthetics cohesively across multiple mediums including websites, social networks, and pitch documents.
English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above is mandatory.
A meticulous, user-centered, conversion-oriented design mindset.
Excellent eye for clarity, whitespace, and current web layout trends.
Self-motivated with ability to independently troubleshoot and deliver ready-for-production designs promptly.
Applicants must include a portfolio link showcasing relevant web design examples; applications without this will not be considered.

Project Expectations and Compensation

Workload typically ranges from approximately 10 to 20 hours weekly during active phases of the project, although this may vary and is not guaranteed. Compensation on this Tendem project can reach up to $50 per hour, dependent on expertise and contribution pace. Other projects may offer different remunerations related to their scope and complexity.
