Mindrift is a platform that connects specialists with cutting-edge AI projects, aiming to harness the full capabilities of Generative AI by integrating global expert knowledge. We are looking to expand our Tendem project team by hiring a skilled Presentation Designer. This role focuses on merging storytelling expertise with visual design within a hybrid AI-human workflow.

Role Overview

As a freelance Presentation Designer on the Tendem project, you will collaborate with AI-driven Tendem Agents to manage routine tasks while you apply your critical analysis, industry knowledge, and advanced formatting capabilities to create exceptional, high-impact presentations. Your mission will be to transform complicated data and narratives into clear, captivating, and professional slide decks and one-pagers using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling, audience-specific pitch decks and one-pagers intended for high-stakes scenarios.
• Convert intricate data sets into minimalist, visually structured narratives emphasizing clarity and information hierarchy.
• Enhance presentations utilizing customized typography, polished animations, and impeccable visual uniformity.
• Maintain a sophisticated corporate-creative aesthetic ensuring all deliverables are persuasive and premium quality.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to verify visual alignment, pacing, and brand guidelines before final submission.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in graphic design, presentation crafting, visual storytelling, or data visualization preferred.
• Education background such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Expertise in presentation software like PowerPoint and Keynote for developing intricate, animated decks.
• Advanced knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma for creating tailored graphics and layouts.
• Strong aptitude for data and information visualization that simplifies complex, hierarchical content.
• High proficiency in using custom fonts and implementing smooth, stylish animations for high-end outputs.
• English language ability at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is mandatory.

Workload and Compensation

During active periods, contributions are anticipated to require approximately 10-20 hours weekly, though workload is variable and not guaranteed. Compensation for this project can reach up to $50 per hour depending on individual performance and pace. Payment and rates may vary for other projects within the platform based on their complexity and demands.
