Role Overview

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst at MBRF in Jeddah, you will be responsible for preparing financial forecasts and detailed profitability analyses to support business decisions across commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly financial forecasts and perform simulations including OTC and soft close processes.
• Assist in the planning cycles monthly, quarterly, and annually, including forecasts and cycle plans.
• Collaborate with commercial departments to synchronize business targets and financial outlooks.
• Generate periodic financial reports and impactful presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze profitability metrics by customer and product categories to prepare Customer Profit & Loss statements.
• Support monitoring of trade investments and G2N through comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Maintain and update financial data accuracy within SAP and reporting applications.
• Conduct basic financial and cost scenario simulations for proposed initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of finance experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent spoken and written English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with SAP systems preferred.
• Saudi national residing in Jeddah.
