Job Responsibilities
- Manage production workforce allocation and monitor associated costs effectively.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to define equipment requirements and streamline production flows.
- Engage in decision-making to implement corrective and preventive actions within production processes.
- Coordinate the initiation and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support and maintain systems that enhance productivity and efficiency across production lines.
- Optimize resources by establishing efficient production methodologies.
- Assist research teams in introducing and launching new products on production lines.
- Oversee third-party workforce management ensuring adherence to performance, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide assistance across various processes as needed.
- Adhere to and promote the company's Sustainability Policy, aligning daily activities with the BRF Sustainability Plan and global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, fostering a sustainable development culture within the production chain.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
