Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous Food & Beverage Administrator to provide essential administrative support within our Food & Beverage department. This position works closely with F&B managers, supervisors, and culinary teams to streamline administrative tasks and ensure seamless communication to support daily operational needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative assistance to Food & Beverage management and culinary staff.
- Help prepare presentations and other necessary materials for the F&B Manager.
- Handle the printing of menus and operational documents related to F&B services.
- Facilitate smooth administrative workflows for daily Food & Beverage operations.
- Promote effective communication between different teams and departments.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of administrative experience, preferably within hospitality or restaurant environments.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Experience working in Food & Beverage or hospitality administration is beneficial.
- Must be a Saudi national capable of onsite work at Miraval The Red Sea.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, with excellent time management abilities.

Work Schedule
