Role overview
Resorts World Sentosa is hiring an FP&A Assistant Manager/Manager to support planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making across the finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out financial planning and analysis work, such as checking budget versus actual performance, supporting periodic reports, preparing forecasts, and handling external reporting needs.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely financial analysis to help management make informed decisions.
- Examine and confirm business plan and forecast assumptions so they stay in line with strategic priorities.
- Look for ways to improve processes, strengthen systems, and automate tasks within the FP&A team.
- Assist with ERP implementation activities and take on other assigned tasks when needed.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a similar finance role.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical ability and communication skills, with a careful and detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders across different levels of the business.
- Good systems knowledge, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and S/4HANA.
