Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant Manager/Manager

Role overview

Resorts World Sentosa is hiring an FP&A Assistant Manager/Manager to support planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making across the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out financial planning and analysis work, such as checking budget versus actual performance, supporting periodic reports, preparing forecasts, and handling external reporting needs.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely financial analysis to help management make informed decisions.
• Examine and confirm business plan and forecast assumptions so they stay in line with strategic priorities.
• Look for ways to improve processes, strengthen systems, and automate tasks within the FP&A team.
• Assist with ERP implementation activities and take on other assigned tasks when needed.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a similar finance role.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills, with a careful and detail-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders across different levels of the business.
• Good systems knowledge, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and S/4HANA.
