Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to actively identify, engage, and onboard merchants for our QR code and sound box solutions. This role involves hands-on field operations, including daily visits to multiple merchants to promote and sell our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective merchants and successfully onboard them for QR code and sound box products.
• Conduct frequent field visits, typically targeting 10 to 15 merchants per day, to stimulate sales and product awareness.
• Expand distribution channels and increase market share of QR code and sound box offerings within a designated territory.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales targets set for daily, weekly, and monthly periods.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with merchants, ensuring they effectively use the products and remain satisfied.
• Gather and relay market intelligence and insights to management to inform strategy.
• Adhere to a pre-established beat plan, meticulously record daily activities, and maintain punctual attendance.
