Their suite of products features diamond saw blades, core drill bits, floor and wall saw blades, and other specialized cutting equipment. The firm is currently expanding its sales operations across India.
Role Summary
The position of Field Sales Executive involves building and expanding the company's network of dealers and distributors primarily in Rajasthan, with a strategic plan to extend influence over North India and then nationwide. The role demands extensive travel, development of new business relationships, maintaining current customer ties, and promoting the full spectrum of NSD's diamond tools and machinery.
Responsibilities
- Visit various dealers, distributors, hardware and construction equipment suppliers, tile and stone tool vendors, and industrial clients.
- Identify and develop new dealer and distributor partnerships within the allocated territory.
- Promote and sell NSD’s range of diamond saw blades, core drill bits, machinery, and related items.
- Demonstrate products and articulate their features and advantages effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Generate inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Keep track of competitor pricing, activities, and market trends.
- Coordinate with office staff for quotations, dispatches, customer complaints, and after-sales service.
- Submit daily visit logs and weekly sales reports through WhatsApp or CRM systems.
- Represent NSD professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Required Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of field sales experience in industrial products, hardware, construction equipment, power tools, building materials, or similar sectors.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and negotiation capabilities.
- Highly motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and overnight stays.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic technological skills including Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and smartphone apps.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Travel and Logistics
The job requires frequent travel within Rajasthan and possibly across North India and other regions as the company grows. Overnight travel is expected, and possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
