Farm Workers Supervisor

Overview

This role requires coordinating and overseeing the activities of general farm workers and harvest laborers at a physical farm location in Aldergrove, British Columbia, Canada. Work must be conducted onsite, without remote options.

Education and Experience

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
• Between 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of farm workers and harvesting laborers.
• Maintain records for quality control and production tracking.
• Recruit, hire, and provide training for staff members.
• Carry out general farming duties as needed to support operations.
