Overview
This role requires coordinating and overseeing the activities of general farm workers and harvest laborers at a physical farm location in Aldergrove, British Columbia, Canada. Work must be conducted onsite, without remote options.
Languages

Education and Experience
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
- Between 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Maintain records for quality control and production tracking.
- Recruit, hire, and provide training for staff members.
- Carry out general farming duties as needed to support operations.
