About the Role

Lex Consultancy is pleased to collaborate with a premier luxury hospitality company seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant. This role will provide essential support to the Chief Commercial Officer and two senior marketing leaders, playing a pivotal role within an energetic Commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive executive assistant support to the Chief Commercial Officer and two senior marketing managers, juggling multiple priorities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Organise complex, ever-changing schedules, arrange meetings across various time zones, and manage competing business demands.
  • Manage the inbox effectively by prioritising communications, drafting appropriate replies, and ensuring prompt follow-up on important matters.
  • Prepare agendas, board materials, executive presentations, reports, and meeting documents with the utmost professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the CCO, handling communications with top executives, internal departments, and external collaborators.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, workshops, and conferences, managing all logistics efficiently.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, accommodations, detailed itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing board reports, commercial updates, and leadership presentations by collecting and accurately presenting relevant data.
  • Monitor projects, action items, and deadlines across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication among multiple hotel locations to support alignment on commercial goals and initiatives.
  • Maintain commercial files, contracts, and internal systems in compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to partnership proposals, marketing decks, and various commercial initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks, project delays, or dependencies proactively, escalating as needed.
  • Foster strong, confidential relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation while upholding professionalism.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrator supporting executive-level personnel.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the capacity to manage several priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, confident in engaging with senior management.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
