Overview
SocialKraft is seeking an EdTech Sales Recruiter to join their team on a full-time basis. This role requires a minimum of 6 months' experience in recruiter positions focused on EdTech sales hiring. The position offers permanent work-from-home flexibility but is categorized as onsite employment, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week (Monday to Saturday). The compensation can reach up to Rs 15,000 per month, supplemented with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to gain a clear understanding of their hiring needs and job specifications.
- Identify and source candidates through multiple platforms, including job boards, social networks, and professional connections.
- Assess candidates' resumes and applications to determine suitability for designated roles.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate competencies, work experience, and cultural alignment.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and clients efficiently.
- Keep thorough and current records of candidate interactions and documentation.
- Remain updated on current market trends, recruitment methodologies, and industry conditions.
- Develop and sustain strong links with both clients and candidate pools.
- Provide management with routine updates and detailed reports outlining recruitment progress and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven understanding of recruitment best practices and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with clients and candidates.
- Competency in organizational skills and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-changing and demanding environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Information
- Candidates must not be current students.
- Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer.
- Workweek consists of six days, Monday through Saturday.
