E-Commerce Fulfillment Assistant (Minijob)

About the Role

Vivavoss is an expanding e-commerce brand that delivers genuine German health and beauty products to customers in more than 40 countries. This is a small startup environment, and you will work closely with the founder, making your contribution highly visible and important.

Tasks

• Support day-to-day fulfillment operations for online orders.
• Help keep shipping activities organized and on schedule.
• Handle several routine tasks with attention to accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• A dependable, well-organized person who shows up on time.
• Someone with basic computer knowledge.
• A candidate who can communicate in English, Arabic, or German.
• Applicants living close to Munich.
• People who have the legal right to work in Germany.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Prior exposure to e-commerce or shipping is helpful, though not mandatory.
