About the Role
Vivavoss is an expanding e-commerce brand that delivers genuine German health and beauty products to customers in more than 40 countries. This is a small startup environment, and you will work closely with the founder, making your contribution highly visible and important.
Tasks
- Support day-to-day fulfillment operations for online orders.
- Help keep shipping activities organized and on schedule.
- Handle several routine tasks with attention to accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- A dependable, well-organized person who shows up on time.
- Someone with basic computer knowledge.
- A candidate who can communicate in English, Arabic, or German.
- Applicants living close to Munich.
- People who have the legal right to work in Germany.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior exposure to e-commerce or shipping is helpful, though not mandatory.
