Programme Overview
This paid graduate programme extends over four months and aims to provide practical exposure to all facets of AKA's Digital Media team. Rather than confining you to a single role, the programme offers a rotational structure through various specialized areas where experienced professionals will mentor you. The final month consolidates learning by integrating all specialties.
- One month focused on Google Ads
- One month with Paid Social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
- One month concentrating on Display & Programmatic Media
- One month dedicated to campaign planning, reporting, onboarding, and client support
By programme completion, participants will have an in-depth understanding of digital campaign lifecycle from planning and purchasing to optimization and reporting. Graduates may be considered for full-time Digital Media Executive roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize ongoing digital advertising campaigns
- Evaluate performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize Google, Meta, and display advertising platforms proficiently
- Generate clear, insightful campaign performance reports
- Assist in client meetings and offer strategic input
- Collaborate with teams across strategy, creative, social media, data analysis, and client services
- Manage campaign budgets, placements, and media schedules
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry trends
Candidate Profile
