Role Summary
This position is for a customer service associate handling voice-based insurance support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to compliance, and the ability to meet business performance goals while following quality and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions for an insurance voice process.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Use prior contact center or customer service experience as an advantage.
- Follow all applicable Australian regulatory requirements.
- Work toward the performance targets set by the business.
- Maintain service quality by following established standards and procedures and suggesting ways to improve them.
- Comply with company policies, internal processes, external regulations, and information security guidelines.
Qualifications
The role requires undergraduate-level education.
