About the Role
Our client, a prominent financial tax software company, seeks a talented Creative Strategist for a fully remote position aligned with Pacific Standard Time hours. This opportunity is offered as a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays included.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling static and motion ad assets optimized for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display 360.
- Develop short-form video edits and motion graphics tailored specifically to platform requirements, audience attention spans, and conversion objectives.
- Refine and repurpose existing videos and visual materials, grounding design choices in audience insights and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with creative strategy, media, and analytics teams to design A/B tests aimed at producing actionable marketing insights.
- Interpret creative briefs along with data signals to guide design decisions, ensuring brand consistency while adapting the visual identity across various audiences, contexts, and placements.
Required Qualifications
- Over 8 years of experience in Visual Design, Motion Design, Creative Strategy, or related disciplines with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
- Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Enterprise-level experience utilizing AI design tools such as Claude Design, Higgsfield, or Nano Banana (Google/Gemini).
- A visually impressive portfolio that combines creative craftsmanship with performance-oriented thinking.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with motion ad analytics platforms or similar creative analytics tools.
- Previous work experience in SaaS, FinTech, or technology sectors is advantageous.
