Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Acquisition & Relations Associate who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating engagement, nurturing long-term partnerships, and helping expand business opportunities. This opportunity suits fresh graduates eager to begin a career in B2B sales, client acquisition, business development, and managing client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify companies with ongoing recruitment needs.
• Reach out to HR leaders, founders, and key decision-makers using calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Present recruitment solutions offered by the company.
• Arrange introductory meetings and perform timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Keep CRM systems and sales pipelines accurately updated.
• Provide assistance during commercial discussions and when sharing proposals.
• Facilitate client onboarding and ensure seamless transition to the recruitment team.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any academic field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confident, energetic, self-motivated, and quick to grasp new concepts.
• Comfortable engaging with business professionals and stakeholders.
• Preference given to immediate joiners.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Remote role with a work-from-home setup.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• A fixed salary up to 10000 INR per month during the initial three months probation period.
• Performance-based salary review upon successful completion of probation.
