About the Role

Laarish Experiential Toys LLP seeks a Chemistry Teacher & Curriculum Expert to revolutionize science education for children aged 8 to 12. The role involves creating engaging, hands-on educational kits and gamified app content centered on agricultural science.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt traditional chemistry concepts into safe, simple, and enjoyable physical experiments.
• Author educational guidebooks, develop interactive story scripts, and produce clear, stepwise instructions for agricultural kit components.
• Work closely with product hardware designers and software developers to test and refine learning materials.
• Maintain rigorous scientific accuracy while ensuring content is engaging and gamified for young learners.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge in Chemistry, supported by education in Chemistry, Education, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or developing curricula for children aged 8 to 14.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific ideas through simple real-world analogies.
• Passionate about experiential learning methods over rote memorization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
