Key Responsibilities
- Adapt traditional chemistry concepts into safe, simple, and enjoyable physical experiments.
- Author educational guidebooks, develop interactive story scripts, and produce clear, stepwise instructions for agricultural kit components.
- Work closely with product hardware designers and software developers to test and refine learning materials.
- Maintain rigorous scientific accuracy while ensuring content is engaging and gamified for young learners.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong foundational knowledge in Chemistry, supported by education in Chemistry, Education, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or developing curricula for children aged 8 to 14.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific ideas through simple real-world analogies.
- Passionate about experiential learning methods over rote memorization.
