Cashier

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cashiers to become valuable members of our retail team in Al Ahsa City. The role involves delivering a welcoming, smooth, and professional checkout process that enhances the customer experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer friendly, efficient service at checkout to every customer.
• Warmly greet and engage customers to leave a positive store impression.
• Contribute to the store's customer service initiatives and help improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Promptly report any customer concerns or grievances to the Operations Manager for resolution.
• Advocate for relevant add-ons such as products, services, warranties, and accessories at point of sale.
• Assist with seasonal marketing campaigns and follow established procedures during promotions.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: High school diploma, with diploma or bachelor’s degree also acceptable.
• Experience ranging from none up to 2 years in cashiering or customer service roles.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Basic numerical ability, computer skills, and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong customer service focus with keen attention to accuracy and details.
• Willingness and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and busier seasons.
