About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Business Development Executive specializing in client acquisition to join our Chennai-based team. This position focuses on cold calling, lead generation, onboarding new clients, and fostering long-lasting relationships aimed at driving growth in the recruitment and staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls to identify and secure new business prospects.
- Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and networking to promote recruitment solutions.
- Present and pitch the firm's services to decision-makers effectively.
- Acquire new clients and convert prospective leads into active accounts.
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Keep CRM and lead databases updated consistently with all interactions.
- Meet or surpass established monthly and quarterly sales and acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition.
- Ability to close deals and attract new clients effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Experience working within the recruitment or staffing sector is highly valued.
