Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

Talent Core Technologies is hiring a confident, energetic Career Advisor (BDE) to support its sales and candidate-enrollment efforts. The position involves speaking with prospective candidates, understanding what they are looking for in their careers, and presenting the company’s job placement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective candidates through both cold calling and scheduled calls.
• Identify each candidate’s job preferences, expectations, and long-term career goals.
• Present the company’s placement services and available packages clearly.
• Walk interested candidates through the enrollment steps.
• Regularly follow up with interested leads and help move them toward conversion.
• Keep accurate call notes and update lead status in the system.

Requirements

• Strong spoken communication skills in English.
• Prior exposure to sales or telecalling is an advantage.
• A self-assured, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
• Comfortable using basic computer tools.

Work Location and Shift

This is a work-from-office role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The job runs in the night shift and supports the US process.
