About the Role
Talent Core Technologies is hiring a confident, energetic Career Advisor (BDE) to support its sales and candidate-enrollment efforts. The position involves speaking with prospective candidates, understanding what they are looking for in their careers, and presenting the company’s job placement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective candidates through both cold calling and scheduled calls.
- Identify each candidate’s job preferences, expectations, and long-term career goals.
- Present the company’s placement services and available packages clearly.
- Walk interested candidates through the enrollment steps.
- Regularly follow up with interested leads and help move them toward conversion.
- Keep accurate call notes and update lead status in the system.
Requirements
- Strong spoken communication skills in English.
- Prior exposure to sales or telecalling is an advantage.
- A self-assured, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Comfortable using basic computer tools.

Work Location and Shift
