Role Responsibilities

• Develop precise technical drawings and 3D models within a BIM framework using Tekla Structures software.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to optimize modular configurations, including single and stackable units.
• Ensure designs adhere to relevant industry standards and project requirements.
• Provide support to production and fabrication teams to guarantee smooth workflow from design to installation.
• Contribute to research, development, and innovation efforts aimed at enhancing design efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team bringing over two decades of expertise in modular solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Tekla technician in either structural or modular construction fields.
• Strong command of Tekla Structures software and Building Information Modelling (BIM) practices.
• In-depth knowledge of steel and modular construction principles.
• Adept at accurately interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on detail and problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills capable of engaging with a multidisciplinary team and understanding mechanical, electrical, and architectural requirements.
